1. Processing Time

- Regular orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

- Pre-order or upcoming drops may take 4-8 weeks to ship, depending on production schedules.

- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

- Ireland (domestic)

- International destinations worldwide

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on location and service type:

- Domestic shipping within Ireland is usually standard rate.

- International shipping charges depend on destination country and courier.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

- Ireland: 2–5 business days

- Europe: 5–10 business days

- Rest of the world: 10–21 business days

Pre-order or upcoming drops may take 4–8 weeks for delivery.

Delivery times may vary due to:

- Customs inspections for international orders

- Holidays or strikes

- Severe weather or natural events affecting couriers

5. Tracking Your Order

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update, depending on the courier.

6. Failed Deliveries & Return-to-Sender

- If a package is returned due to failed delivery, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, a €15 reshipment fee will apply.

- The order will only be resent once the fee is paid and the shipping information is confirmed.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes in their country.

- Melancholic Dreamers cannot reimburse these charges.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after dispatch.

- If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@melancholicdreamers.com with photos and your order number. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
